Enable Touch events
- Be warned touch is disabled by default now, so ensure you enable it. To do this browse to "about:flags" to access the flags, in the section named "Standards Preview" or "Touch" change the dropdown item for "Enable touch events" from "Disabled" to "Only on when a touchscreen is detected".
